No Poverty
As soon as a trainee has completed our Aspire Training Program, we’re committed to paying them the living wage of the city in which they live.
Decent Work & Economic Growth
Through our unique Aspire Training Program, we provide our team with ongoing professional and personal development to support them in moving out of their current socio-economic circle.
Good Health and Wellbeing
We offer our employees health insurance coverage (unfortunately, this is not typical of the spa industry), so they don’t need to worry about receiving the healthcare they need to thrive.
We believe that the foundation of good health and wellbeing is communication. We teach and use NVC (Non-Violent Communication) and a supportive language consciousness through all the systems of our company. This has created a win-win-win culture where our team takes personal responsibility for their mental and physical health.

Education
We believe that ongoing education coupled with on-the-job training encourages the opportunity to understand oneself--and then others. This understanding can lead to impact change and upward socioeconomic mobility. We offer all our team members the continuing education opportunities and financial literacy training vital to ensuring personal success and moving beyond poverty.

Through our partnership with Jurlique Skincare, we commit to protecting, supporting, restoring terrestrial ecosystems. Jurlique is committed to using certified organic farming methods, caring for their farm as an integrated, living organism. Everything they do supports the health and vitality of the farm and contributes to the vigorous ecosystem of the hills.
Responsible Consumption and Production
We aim to consume responsibly. We’ve created a water-free beauty pedicure experience to conserve our most precious natural resource. We do not offer robes and are committed to recycling at home and the spa.
