Booking Policy
A valid card on file is required to secure all reservations.
Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no‑show policy outlined below.
Cancelling, Adjusting or Rescheduling
You may cancel, adjust or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours, we will do our very best to fill your time slot. If we’re unable to, the full appointment fee will apply.
No-Shows
A no-show means no communication after your appointment start time.
In these cases, the full fee will be charged.
